Picnic at Hanging Rock

2 ounces hibiscus vodka
1 ½ ounces lemon juice
¾ ounce Elsa’s Rose Hip Grenadine
Dash of simple syrup
Club Soda

Combine Elsa's Rose Hip Grenadine, vodka, lemon juice, and simple syrup. Shake well. Strain over ice into a mason jar. Tope with soda. Garnish with 1 sprig of mint and a lemon wheel.


The Sleeping Carriage

2 ounces Applejack
¾ ounce Elsa’s Rose Hip Grenadine
¾ ounce lemon juice
½ ounce apple cider
5 ounces hot water
2 drops orange blossom water
2 to 3 dashes Peychaud’s Bitters

Combine Elsa’s Rose Hip Grenadine, Applejack, cider and lemon juice in an Irish coffee glass. Stir briefly. Top with hot water, Peychaud’s bitters, and spritz with orange blossom water. Garnish with lemon wedge and two skewered, dried rose buds. Serve hot.


Jack Rose

2 ounces applejack
¾ ounce Elsa’s Rose Hip Grenadine
¾ ounce fresh lemon juice

Shake with ice; strain into a chilled coupe glass. Garnish with a lemon or lime wheel.


Shirley Temple

4 ounces ginger ale
½ ounce Elsa’s Rose Hip Grenadine
Orange slice, maraschino cherry, for garnish

Add Elsa’s Rose Hip Grenadine to a Collins glass filled with ice; top with ginger ale. Garnish with an orange slice and a cocktail cherry.
